Senior Grain Merchandiser Responsibilities:
- Capitalize on opportunities in the Ag market
- Build relationships with producers throughout the area
- Responsible for buying, contracting, and selling various commodities
- Secure and purchase a reliable supply of high-quality commodities at competitive prices
- Monitor future markets on a regular basis
Senior Grain Merchandiser essential job functions:
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience merchandising preferred
- Proficient in various software systems
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with a variety of commodities a plus
- Management/supervisory experience preferred
Senior Grain Merchandiser skills:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong analytical skills
Comp: $100K-$130K base DOE + bonus potential
